Position Summary
The Logistics Assistant will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and documentation. This position encompasses key responsibilities including operating a forklift to move, stack, and load goods as required, assist in the receiving and handling of incoming and outgoing goods and manage all documentation related to incoming and outgoing goods.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle physical in-coming and out-going goods.
· Inspect items to ensure they match order criteria.
· Receiving and signing of deliveries.
· Loading/Unloading cargoes to/from trucks.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Leader.
Requirements
· Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification.
· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
· Ability to work under pressure & in a dynamic environment.
· Able to work independently and in a team.
· Able to operate forklift with a valid forklift license.
Preferred Qualifications
· Hazardous materials handling certification preferred.
· Prior experience in Semiconductor Company or similar industry background experience will be an added advantage.
