Job Description:
- Oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Offer strategic guidance to management and functional leaders regarding HR matters.
- Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with best practices to support business objectives and expansion.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, grievances, and performance-related issues.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the organization.
- Assist in conducting compensation surveys and reviews to ensure market competitiveness.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on HR metrics.
- Support HR projects and undertake other relevant duties as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Employment Act, local labor legislations, and other statutory requirements.
- Strong background in compensation and benefits and/or learning and development is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Openness and aptitude for acquiring new skills and adapting to technology.
- Experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
