Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training programs for employees in Singapore and Asia Pacific, managing material review and participant selection.
- Organize logistics for both in-person and online training sessions, including scheduling, facility booking, and budgeting.
- Evaluate training effectiveness with headquarters and stakeholders, addressing employee skill gaps based on feedback.
- Manage training records and ensure the upkeep of internal learning systems.
- Develop and maintain a SharePoint Online site for training resources.
- Support ad-hoc improvement projects and training initiatives.
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and collaborative team player.
- Organized with good time-management skills.
- Initiative-driven and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in HR digital software systems preferred.
- Knowledge of business management principles advantageous.
- Experience in project management preferred.
