Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training programs for employees in Singapore and Asia Pacific, managing material review and participant selection.
  • Organize logistics for both in-person and online training sessions, including scheduling, facility booking, and budgeting.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness with headquarters and stakeholders, addressing employee skill gaps based on feedback.
  • Manage training records and ensure the upkeep of internal learning systems.
  • Develop and maintain a SharePoint Online site for training resources.
  • Support ad-hoc improvement projects and training initiatives.

Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful and collaborative team player.
  • Organized with good time-management skills.
  • Initiative-driven and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in HR digital software systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of business management principles advantageous.
  • Experience in project management preferred.
