Job Description:
- Taking off material quantities from drawings.
- Pre and post contract management including costing, quotation preparation, progress claim submission, contractual and dispute management, variation order, invoice preparation and etc.
- Subcontractor management including quotation comparison, prepare subcontract contract documents, assess sub-contractor claim, variation order and final account.
- Procurement and Vendor sourcing including resource planning, order preparation, coordination and arrangement.
- Assist in incoming sales enquiries including tender preparation, summarize tender documents, costing and budgeting.
- Project revenue and profit estimation include budget monitoring.
- Coordinate project pre-construction authority approval including data collection, document preparation, submission and information distribution.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experiences in structural steel.
- Able to communicate effectively bilingually (job required to communicate with clients in Mandarin speaking).
- Willing to learn, meticulous and committed to accomplish datelines.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5.30pm
