- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Walking distance from Haw Par Villa MRT
Responsibilities:
- Verify staff timesheets, compute overtime and transportation claims.
- Provide backup support for Payroll tasks.
- Administer staff benefits including Leave Records, Insurance, and medical claims.
- Prepare and process monthly staff payroll.
- Handle monthly CPF submissions and governmental claims such as NS reservist, maternity leave, and childcare leave.
- Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21 forms.
- Create HR-related documents such as employment and confirmation letters.
- Oversee work pass administration including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Offer support for call answering and general administration.
- Coordinate welfare events for employees like the Annual CNY dinner and year-end lunch.
- Maintain and update employee personal files.
- Participate in periodic government surveys.
- Address employee inquiries.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions.
- Carry out any other assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:

- Preparation and submission of IR8A and IR21
- Generate HR-related documents (e.g. employment letters, confirmation letter etc.)
- Monitoring and assisting in work pass administration including new application, renewal and cancellation.
- Assist in recruitment for new hires, onboarding and off-boarding process for resigned staff.
- Provide support for call answering and administrative support.
- Assist and organize welfare events for employees (eg. Annual CNY dinner, Company year-end lunch, gathering events)
- Maintain and update employee personal files.
- Participate in periodic government surveys.
- Attend to employee enquiries.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
