Responsibilities:
< Assist Project Manager to leads, supervise and motivates staff /sub-contractors to ensure productivity;
< Advocate improvement on works processes;
< Participate on the planning of site works;
<Responsible for overall smooth operation of the site construction and ensures that all emergencies are attended and rectified promptly.
Requirements:
< Minimum NCCS/Diploma in Building/recognize degree or relevant certificate;
< A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills;
< At least 8 to years of related experiences
