The Role: Sales Coordinator


What We're Looking For: We're seeking candidates who embody the following qualities:


1. Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills:

  • You excel in building relationships and keeping things organized.

2. Computer Literacy:

  • You can handle inquiries effectively via phone or computer.

3. Sales Support:

  • You'll assist our sales team, focusing on schedule management and sales document distribution.

4. Quotation and Negotiation:

  • You'll prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients, negotiating terms as needed.

5. Excellent Communication:

  • You'll respond to online and telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

6. Interdepartmental Liaison:

  • You'll collaborate with other departments to ensure clients' needs and timelines are met.

7. Sales Strategy Development:

  • You'll work closely with the sales team to assess progress and develop sales strategies.

8. Reporting:

  • You may be required to produce reports on department progress and strategies for improvement.

9. Strong Communication Skills:

  • Fluency in English is a must, as you'll frequently liaise with clients and colleagues.

10. Administrative Efficiency:

  • You possess excellent administration skills to manage paperwork effectively.

11. Customer Service Excellence:

  • You provide outstanding customer service, as client communication is a significant part of the role.

Additional Information:

  • Comfortable in communicating and closing sales on the phone.
  • Working hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
