Job Description:
· Assist Project manager in all on-site technical/engineering matters.
· To plan, lead and execute projects safely, effectively and timing in construction industry.
· Prepare and submission of shop drawings, materials, MOS and progress reports that client requires of the project.
· Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedure, quality standards and contractual specifications.
· Identify and resolve technical issues or problems that arises during the project.
· Oversees project progress and budgetary and report regularly to the project manager as well as on problems that could significantly affect the project schedule or project costs.
· Support in tenders and performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Structural) or qualification that is recognised by IES/BCA.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences in building engineering. Candidate with good technical knowledge and site experience would be an advantage.
· Competency in MS Office and project software such as Tekla/Revit/AutoCAD.
· A team player with positive working attitude.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 5.30pm, Saturday – 8am to 12pm (entitle to 1 Saturday Off per month)
