CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE
TP Aerospace is a very fast growing and dynamic company operating in the aviation industry. With headquarters in Copenhagen and eight sites spanning from Orlando to Melbourne, we operate in a highly global environment
We are looking for a team player to take up the role as Customer Executive and be responsible for dealing with all our APAC contract customers, securing that we deliver Wheels and Brakes for the customers Aircraft in accordance with requirements.
RESPONSIBILITY
Working from our office in Singapore, be responsible for general customer support, assuring smooth-running of assigned programs.
YOUR TASKS
Your tasks will revolve around the daily operation of our customer programs in strict accordance with the company’s high-quality standards. This includes:
• Processing exchange and lease orders.
• Processing replenishment orders in a timely matter.
• Filing transactions in the company’s IT system, Quantum Control.
• Arranging and following through on pick-up and deliveries between program customers and TP Aerospace’s facilities.
• Coordinating with the quality department and Repair and Asset Managers on warranty cases together with the Program Manager.
• Reporting to management as required.
YOUR PROFILE
• You are Singaporean.
• You probably have 2-3 years of experience from a similar position.
• You are service minded, a team-player and have great interpersonal skills.
• You are a responsible person with high work ethics, and you thrive in a high-pace environment.
• You pay attention to details and have problem solving abilities.
• Experience with customer service is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You know your way around a computer and have solid working knowledge of MS Office. Expert level in MS Excel would be an advantage.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English
