Marketing Communications Assistant

This dynamic role combines Marketing Communications and Graphic Design responsibilities within our Marketing Department. We're seeking an ideal candidate who thrives in creative work processes, excels in delivering impactful marketing messaging and objectives through design, and is eager to contribute to other facets of marketing, including digital marketing and content development.

Marketing Communications

1. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
2. Coordinate content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
3. Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
4. Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including data entry, filing, and filing of marketing materials.
5. Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Graphics Design

1. With clear brand direction, execute the design of all online and offline marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, banners and social media graphics.
2. Provide design for special projects and initiatives as needed, such as event branding and promotional materials.
3. Adopt and apply graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing and on-brand designs.
4. Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels.
5. Manage the organization and storage of design files and assets to ensure accessibility and efficiency for the marketing team.
6. Work closely with photographers/ videographers to produce high-quality visual assets for marketing purposes.
7. Coordinate production with vendors for delivery of marketing materials.
8. Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

1. Minimum education Diploma in Marketing or Communication
2. Minimum 1-2 years of Marketing Communications experience would be an advantage.
3. Creative thinker with a passion for design and marketing.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
