HR Admin Assistant

√ Working location: Lower Delta (Near Tiong Bahru MRT)

√ 5.5 days Alternate Saturday half day

√ Salary: up to $3,000

√ Experience in HR Admin


Job Duties:

  • In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin & HR duties.
  • Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
  • Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc)
  • Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment, event florist arrangement / hampers etc.
  • Assist in Recruitment for new employees and application process.
  • Handle company vehicles related matters and staff claims , leaves & Overtimes.
  • Monitor and renew company certificate (BCA / Bizsafe)
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

  • CE “O” Level / Certificate or Diploma in HRM or its equivalent with some working experiences
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
  • Good understanding of human resources functions
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
