√ Working location: Lower Delta (Near Tiong Bahru MRT)
√ 5.5 days Alternate Saturday half day
√ Salary: up to $3,000

Job Duties:
- In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin & HR duties.
- Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
- Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc)
- Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment, event florist arrangement / hampers etc.
- Assist in Recruitment for new employees and application process.
- Handle company vehicles related matters and staff claims , leaves & Overtimes.
- Monitor and renew company certificate (BCA / Bizsafe)
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- CE “O” Level / Certificate or Diploma in HRM or its equivalent with some working experiences
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
- Good understanding of human resources functions
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
