Sales Engineer/ Manager
Roles & Responsibilites
- Grow, manage and build relationship with existing customers to increase overall market share
- Actively explore new sales opportunities with new partners/ distributors in assigned markets. Formulate business plan and marketing strategy for the targeted market
- Analyse market condition and identify potential market, and products to focus on effective business development
- Develop and keep abreast of the latest technologies, products, and solutions in the markets
- Meetings and sales presentations to potential clients
- Work closely with engineering team to provide solutions to customers
- Ability to create value propositions for customers and sell the benefits of a premium product. Worked closely with principals on the pricing, availability of products to ensure all sales are followed up and attend tender clarifications and negotiation with prospects
- Submit monthly sales report and project status report on time. Experience/ Technical Skills
- Prepare tender of different scale, complexity and scope variation
- Minimum 3 years livered on time
- To prepa Experience of hands-on solution-based sales experience (security systems-related) in Data Centre Market, Homeland Security and Multi-National Companies, Main Contractors
- Understanding of Telecommunication systems, Electronic Security systems, IP network
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and good team spirit with effective negotiating skills
- Independent, good initiative and self driven
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-task ability
