Role Responsibilites
• Engage a range of stakeholders within our Referral Partners: Gatekeepers, Wealth Planners, Market heads and internal Consultants to drive business development activities that increase the percentage of Relationship Managers that actively refer opportunities, closing cases and increase penetration.
• Work closely with the CEOs to plan, design, prioritize and execute business/ partner development activities and ensure the transfer of knowledge and a high level of product technicalities throughout the Consultant groups.
• Work with current client groups with the intent of increasing retention of current business and increasing share of business from current clients.
• Analyse campaign results for continual improvement and create reports that provide the Sales Leadership, Marketing Team and other key stakeholders with relevant information to inform future campaign management.
• Research and understand HNWI’s needs with feasible solutions.
• Assist the CEOs in expansion of current geographies and channels.
• Work with relevant stakeholders in developing targeted marketing initiatives/campaigns.
• Lead marketing initiatives design – creative execution, message design, channel selection and segmentation, seeking input from the appropriate stakeholders where applicable.
• Ensure initiatives/ campaigns are executed and managed effectively across all channels.
• Report on initiatives/ campaign performance metrics and monitor initiative/ campaign performance, continually looking for ways to improve outcomes.
• Manage database information and ensure outdated and incorrect records are communicated with relevant account owners.
• Deliver post campaign insights to Sales Leadership, Marketing Team and other stakeholders as appropriate.
Qualifications and skillsets
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration.
•Relevant experiences dealing with HNWIs at the Private Banking level
• Proven tracked records in generating demand, nurturing leads and filling the sales pipeline.
• Multi-channel experience – social media, events, advertising, etc.
• Willing to travel for business when necessary.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful and able to creatively solve problems while not being slowed down by complexity. • An excellent communicator (verbal and written) who can advance their priorities in a respectful and thoughtful way while ensuring results
• Can manage ambiguity and change in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
• Critical thinker with indepth analytical skills
