Job Scope
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams on daily operational issues.
- Examine MRP and material demands to conduct material planning for the procurement of imported chemicals/equipment.
- Supervise inventories, examine purchase order backlogs, and create daily lists for warehouse receipts.
- Plan, control, and trigger material movement with 3PL.
- Ensure the prompt delivery of materials to meet the plant's operational needs and fulfill customer shipment requirements.
- Conduct analysis and closely monitor excess and obsolete inventory.
- Oversee forecast accuracy and assess safety stock requirements.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Work closely with sub-con on the delivery arrangements to meet our customer request.
- Ensure planning activities and procedures are in compliance with company's ISO 14001/9001.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of experience.
- Production & material planning related experience.
- Good communications skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet a tight deadline
