Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at Novosys, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our ISO consultancy services. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and regions for ISO consulting services.
· Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements.
· Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
· Identify client needs and develop customized ISO consulting proposals.
· Conduct presentations and meetings to close deals and acquire new clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree and above in any disciplines
· Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in ISO consultancy, service industry or related industries.
· Knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes will be an advantage.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and sales-related tools will be an advantage.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
· Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.
