Roles & Responsibilities
· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense control
· Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
· Tracking sales target and reporting result as necessary
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
· Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
· Promoting the organization and products
· Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in marketing or related fields
· Preferably 3 years of experience
· Possess strong analytical skills
· Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
· Experience with working and influencing clients at various levels.
