Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Collaborating with finance team and project team on project priorities, scope, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Collect and analyse user requirements and liaise with system consultant.
- Good understanding of organization cost center structure for management reporting purposes.
- Work with finance teams to design, test and develop localization and customization of new accounting system.
- Conduct testing on accounting system to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users.
- Testing and review reports generated from accounting system to ensure the quality and accuracy of the reports.
- Investigate all reported problems/errors and initiate amendments and testing so that the new system can operate correctly & efficiently.
- Assist and perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:
- At least 3 years relevant working experiences with financial reporting project or accounting system migration
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage project and meet tight deadlines
- Prior exposure / experience with SUN accounting system and Kingdee (preferrable)
- Able to work in a team and individually with minimum guidance.
