Assistant Landscape Project Manager

Mao Sheng Quanji Landscaping Design Pte Ltd

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects which include landscape and horticultural construction, horticultural, and landscape maintenance.
  • Attend site inspection, tender show round, and meetings.
  • Responsible for bidding, estimating, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the project timeline.
  • Prepare work schedules, various reports, and records on work done on-site.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of project costs.
  • Close projects and submit timely and accurate billing paperwork for invoicing.
  • Analyse project budget and actual costs and relate them to future estimates.
  • Pre-empt and troubleshoot on-site problems.
  • Ensure safety regulations are implemented and complied with.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Horticulture or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of local relevant experience.
  • Must have a valid Class 3 Manual license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates who are Certified Arborists have an added advantage.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Saturday 8am - 12pm (2 alternate Sat off)
