Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee projects which include landscape and horticultural construction, horticultural, and landscape maintenance.
- Attend site inspection, tender show round, and meetings.
- Responsible for bidding, estimating, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the project timeline.
- Prepare work schedules, various reports, and records on work done on-site.
- Ensure accurate documentation of project costs.
- Close projects and submit timely and accurate billing paperwork for invoicing.
- Analyse project budget and actual costs and relate them to future estimates.
- Pre-empt and troubleshoot on-site problems.
- Ensure safety regulations are implemented and complied with.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Horticulture or related fields.
- At least 2 years of local relevant experience.
- Must have a valid Class 3 Manual license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates who are Certified Arborists have an added advantage.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Saturday 8am - 12pm (2 alternate Sat off)
