Key Responsibilities:

  • We’re looking for a dedicated account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and new business development.
  • You will act as the main point of contact for allocated clients.
  • Our ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Applicant should also be comfortable working with spreadsheets, invoicing, and other organizational software.
  • The account manager must be able to clearly articulate capabilities and service value to customers.
  • The account manager will partner with the recruitment team to manage successful sales pursuits.
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Work with sales team to develop tactical plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to existing and new clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to be tech-savvy or a strong propensity towards technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. Tech background is not mandatory but advantageous.
