Job Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative support to the office, handle general services and office facilities management.
· Coordinate corporate secretarial related matters.
· Ensure safe and clean office environment, office seating arrangement etc.
· Handle stationery and pantry supplies, collect mails, manage incoming and outgoing mail, etc.
· Arrange local and overseas courier shipments.
· Preparation of expense reports, including collation and submission.
· Assist with business travel bookings and visa applications, when required.
· Welcome/ receive guests and attend to guests when required.
· Attend to all calls promptly, forward and take messages politely.
· Arrange meetings, appointments, claims and other admin related matters for management.
· Assist in checking and process Contractors’ Attendance Timesheet, invoice and relevant documents.
· Assist in checking staff leave application, staff claim, etc.
· Assist in recruitment process, coordinate & interview arrangements.
· Assist in Internships, Contract for Service, letters and other documentations.
· To handle ad hoc HR/administrative project as assigned.
· Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements and skills:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduate is welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) applications.
- Good working attitude, integrity, communication skills, interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, independent, team player, initiative and well organised.
