Senior Information Management Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall 3D CAD software management
• Support company Project Systems Integration Map and configure all CAD systems per project specifications
• Develop and issue the project S 3D CAD Execution Plan

Responsible for S3D CAD GLOBAL execution requirements:-

1. Construct S3D project (DB’s) to best facilitate WBS & work scope split
2. Ensure naming convention will work with the proposed scope split (will location identifiers be needed etc)
3. Set up and monitor scheduled updates between locations
4. Education of users (functionality and philosophy of Global working)
5. Set up, monitor, and control Global transactions (Flushing, Issuing, Claiming)
6. Coordinate distribution of databases between locations

Administer and Manage clash application(s)

1. Customize automated allocation
2. Automated acceptances
3. Clash conditions and tolerances

Model review coordination

1. Produce customized exports

Responsible for day to day maintenance & support for 3D project data

1. Schedule administrative tasks
2. Perform data integrity checks
3. Run the interference detection process (clash checks)
4. Produce reports
5. Perform database maintenance
6. Perform project backup & restore
7. Ensure data consistency

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Graduate Degree in Engineering with at least 10+ Years experience
• Good Engineering Project Lifecycle Knowledge, S3D CAD Global & 3D CAD Administration and 3D CAD Model Management
• Leadership & decision making skills

Experience with O&G Offshore/Onshore projects with hands-on involvement in projects but not limited to :-

1. S 3D CAD Administration
2. Multi Discipline Support administration (MDS)
3. Catalogue and Specifications
4. Draft Administration settings (representations, styles, hatching libraries, backing sheets, symbol libraries etc…)
5. Isometric Administration settings (Underlay, Isometric option files etc…)
