KPMG Cybersecurity professionals assist clients to address their concerns around Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability and Privacy of their technology, business systems, and information assets. Using a holistic view of how Technology and Business integrate, the Cyber team performs technology-risk focused assessments, technology compliance, IT/operational process reviews, and design of information risk & cyber security solutions.
Cyber team members regularly interact with C-Suite clients, such as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and their direct reports. Hence, a client centric mind-set, understanding of IT within a Business context, and well-developed communication skills are desirable.

The role involves:
- Implementing, integrating, and testing Archer solutions, including installation, product configuration, and deployment of Archer through traditional and modern software lifecycles.
- Assisting in capturing and documenting the customer’s business processes and functional and non-functional requirements.
- Adapting to Agile delivery methodologies and work with various stakeholders at different levels.
- Assisting in the detailed design of Archer-based solutions that meet the business requirements and constraints.
- Configuring on-demand applications and all configurable items including Fields, Data-Driven Events, Notifications, Access Roles, Workspace, Dashboard, iViews, Advanced workflow, questionnaire, Custom Object, Campaigns, Reports, Mail Merge
- Performing integration of Archer with 3rd Party applications using Data Feeds, APIs, Data Publications
- Performing Archer Installation and server maintenance of single-host/multi-host environments
- Designing on-demand solutions in Archer to meet specific client requirements.
- Understanding of business processes, web forms-based data capture, workflow, data integration (CSV and XML), and databases
- Either contributing to delivery as an individual contributor or leading the team and owning the end-to-end delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and/or a technology-focused MBA or comparable experience.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant hands-on experience on Archer implementation and troubleshooting on Archer Control Panel will be preferred. Experience in client facing engagement will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of information, application, and network security. For installation work, it is important to have a good appreciation of IT platform components such as Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL Server, including clustered and HA environments, system administration and monitoring.
- Knowledge of SQL and basics of .net/c# programming
- Knowledge of new technologies like data visualization tools or languages (for e.g., Tableu, PowerBI, Python, R) etc will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, including developing technical documentation and operational guides.
- Sound business and technical judgments and have excellent analytical skills.
