Our client is a Japanese wholesale distribution company. They are actively looking for an Admin/ Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Managing import operations, coordinating with suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
- Preparing PO, monthly ingredients file, and invoices
- Managing the related documents and files
- Claim for the defective products
- Planning cost down and improving quality
The Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in logistics related roles would be advantageous
- A diploma/degree holder
- Thorough and skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel and email effectively
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
