RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Research:
    - Conduct thorough research to understand the project's requirements, the audience's interests, and the market trends. This involves gathering data, insights, and information from various sources.
  • Communication with External Stakeholders:
    - Engage with external parties to gather necessary information, feedback, or approvals.
    - Present project ideas or scripts to stakeholders for their input or endorsement.
    - Collect detailed feedback from these stakeholders to ensure the content aligns with factual accuracy, cultural sensitivities, or brand messaging.
  • Liaison Work:
    - Act as a mediator between the scriptwriters (or content team) and external stakeholders.
    - Ensure a clear understanding of project goals, stakeholder expectations, and any specific details that need to be incorporated into the script.
  • Feedback Implementation:
    - Convey stakeholder feedback, data, and insights to scriptwriters in a comprehensible and actionable manner.
    - Collaborate with scriptwriters to incorporate feedback and ensure the content meets the necessary standards and objectives.
  • Review and Revisions:
    - Participate in reviewing drafts and final versions of scripts to ensure they align with the initial insights gathered and feedback received.
    - Facilitate further revisions based on additional stakeholder feedback or internal reviews.
  • Project Management:
    - Keep track of project timelines, ensuring that information flow between external stakeholders and the scriptwriting team is efficient and timely.
    - Address any issues or barriers that may arise in the information exchange process.
  • Translation:
    - Synopsis and drama concepts and preparation of materials in powerpoint for pitching's presentation.
  • Sourcing:
    - Training courses for the team.
QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree with 3-4 years of working experiences.
  • Passion for the media industry.
  • Strong communicator with a flair for Chinese to communicate effectively with both external stakeholders and internal team members
  • Excellent research skills to conduct research and synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
  • Possess critical thinking ability to analyze feedback and data, identifying the key points relevant to the project's success.
  • Have a collaborative spirit to work closely with diverse teams and managing multiple viewpoints to create a cohesive final product.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple threads of communication, deadlines, and project requirements efficiently.
