Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in motorcycles and bicycles. They are actively looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Assist Superiors to achieve set objectives
- Assist superior in the sales & marketing of marine products to dealers
- Order processing of dealers’ orders and logistics arrangement of shipment
- Manage PSI and liaise with suppliers for purchases and logistics arrangement
- Monitor dealers’ payment and credit
- Product registration in portal and process warranty claims from dealers
- Submission of daily/ weekly/ monthly PSI & related reports to superior
- Provide administration support to MM Service Group
- Backup for Corporate Planning Executive
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
The Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ GCE A/ O level or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Inventory and Logistics Management
- Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities (internal and external)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-suite
