Role:
- Communicate berthing and unberthing schedules to consignees/receivers based on voyage requirements and customer demands.
- Perform basic invoicing tasks using Excel.
- Manage shipping document auditing, ensuring proper handling of bills of lading and cargo release, and maintaining the order of original bill of lading recycling.
- Implement commercial risk control measures for documents.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in fields related to maritime, shipping, logistics, or foreign trade.
- Spoken and written proficiency.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous relevant experience is advantageous.
