JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new customers and businesses
- Grow assign account revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives
- Develop trusting long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Convince customers that Syspex products and services would best satisfy and value-add to their needs
- Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers
- Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers’ and company’s needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of sales projects and existing business penetration
- Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Sales Team and other functional teams
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 3-year food industry related experience in business development or account management.
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License (preferably with own vehicle)
- Experienced in conducting training/sales pitches for customers
- Outgoing, positive, driven, self-motivated and possess a hunter mentality
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude
