Job Description
Role:
- Providing purchasing services in adherence to established purchasing procedures.
- Promptly notifying Superintendents of any purchasing-related issues.
- Managing the computerized purchasing program.
- Establish inventory control and stock take for all goods supplied and delivered.
- Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Negotiate pricing and build a good working relationship with the suppliers
- Advocating and supporting initiatives for continual improvement.
- Work closely with the Shipping department and company launch PIC.
Requirements:
- Relevant education or equivalent training and experience.
- Proficient in communication.
- Familiarity with computer programs.
- Openness to learning and embracing new systems and ideas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
