Position Overview:
The Sales and Project Manager in a manufacturing industry plays a pivotal role in overseeing both the sales function and project management aspects within the production environment. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to execute manufacturing projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal departments (such as engineering, production, procurement, and logistics) to allocate resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:
