Our Customer Service Officer/ Receptionist main job is to handle paperwork, enquiries and sales.
Job description:
- Handle daily administrative tasks at centre including collection of fees, registration, checking attendance records
- Liaising with maintenance staff
- Dealing with new sales enquiries
- Liaising with existing students and parents
- Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock, placing orders for supplies, verification of receipt
Skills/Qualification:
- Diploma/ITE
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and efficient
- Competent with using computer with Microsoft Office
- 5 day work week (compulsory to work over the weekends and Public Holidays)
