The Associate Executive will play an essential role in supporting SingHealth Polyclinic’s daily office routines. He/she is also expected to provide operational and administrative support for the department and facilitate work process integration. With an analytical mind and a clear understanding of long and short-term objectives, he/ she is also expected to assist the supervisor in the process improvement for the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Meticulous in administrative duties
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- 1-2 years working experience in an office environment preferred
