The Role
The primary objective of the Workplace Engagement and Operations Senior Manager at Klook is to foster a productive and engaging workplace environment by improving engagement, wellness, inclusivity, and overall employee experience. This role encompasses three key areas of responsibility: driving engagement initiatives, enhancing the employee experience, and managing office operations.
What you'll do:
Engagement and Inclusivity:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve engagement, inclusivity, and diversity in recruitment, onboarding, retention, and learning and development.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee wellness and recognition programs. Run quarterly town halls and other events.
- Utilize quantitative data analysis to monitor and interpret employee sentiment data and make informed decisions to improve workplace engagement.
Employee Experience:
- Coordinate and execute global office experience (OX) projects and programs that enhance the overall employee experience.
- Allocate OX resources efficiently, planning budgets, and optimizing operations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and streamline office processes.
Office Operations/ Facility Management:
- Manage office spaces, leases, and vendors to ensure smooth functioning of all Klook offices.
- Advise on market trends in office operations and planning to optimize office spaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage contracts and leases, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
What you'll need:
- Demonstrated ability to work with quantitative data, interpret sentiment data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and work with senior management, including those with backgrounds in finance and technology.
- Experience in managing and energizing a diverse team, promoting a positive work environment.
- Experience in leading employee / office engagement initiatives; regional / cross markets experience preferred.
- Knowledge of office operations, including lease management, vendor relationships, and market trends.
- Proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
