Main Job Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate profiles that reflect our organisation's expertise, experience, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with and support the business development team to understand client requirements and objectives for each proposal.
- Research and analyse RFPs or Pre-Q documents to identify key requirements and deliverables.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content tailored to each client's needs and specifications.
- Utilise case studies to demonstrate our organization's successful track record and showcase relevant experience.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders e.g. project, design and commercial departments to gather information and technical details for proposal development.
- Manage and prioritise multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely submission and adherence to deadlines.
- Edit and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist in post-proposal activities, including client presentations, contract negotiations, and project kick-off meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in a similar industry or field.
- Proven track record of successfully creating winning proposals and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational, time management and project management skills to handle multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
