Seeking a driven and fit personnel. The candidate will be reporting to the Manager and supervising all functions of pickup and delivery in Qxpress.
Job Responsibilities:
- Require to support pickup and delivery at times (Need to drive Class 4 truck).
- Monitoring all pickup First mile and last mile deliveries.
- Require a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction
- Ensure that the team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in relevant field, candidate who are keen in logistics work will also be considered
- Must be physically fit to load and unload parcels.
- Strong time management skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate with all partners via calls and emails
- Ability to complete multitask within given timeline
- Singaporeans Only.
- Must possessed a Class 4 license (Must be able to drive 24ft tailgate truck)
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary - $1,800 (Probation) to $2,000 (confirmed)
- Attendance Incentive: $200 monthly for good attendance! (No lateness or absence)
- Performance Incentive: $100 monthly depending on performance appraisal
- Tenure allowance - after 1st/2nd/3rd year anniversary of employment the employee is eligible for $150-$500/monthly tenure allowances
- Supervisor allowance - $15/working day
- Driving allowance - $15/working day
- Mobile Allowance
- Meal Allowance for overtime more than 2 hours on top of normal working hours - $10
- Eligible for Overtime pay
Other information:

Working Hours: 5.5 days/week
- Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm
- Saturday : 9am to 1pm
