Working Hours: Mondy to Friday: 9.30am-7pm & Saturday: 9qm-6pm or Sunday: 9am-1pm
Salary: $3,500 to $4,500
Job Description
1. Managing and streaming internal operational processes to enhance management and operational efficiency.
2. Participating in course design and providing recommendations.
3. Managing the progress of course offerings and collecting feedback from parents and students.
4. Overseeing teaching quality and progress.
5. Developing the company's marketing and promotion strategies,implementing enrollment plans, and achieve predetermined enrollement targets.
Requirement
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Prior tuition teacher experience will be advantageous.
- Good credit in 'O'-Level Chinese will be advantageous as this position require frequent communication with Chinese stakeholders/counterparts.
