Senior HR Executive
- 8 months contract (Maternity Cover)

The Opportunity
- Assist and support in the HR administration which includes recruitment, benefits, payroll, income tax, offboarding, government related claims, etc.
- Assist and support in the review of pre-employment screening report and perform follow up actions.
- Preparation of HR reports and surveys such as headcount, payroll, etc.
- Assist in training enrolment, sourcing training courses for employees and follow up with funding claims from government, whenever applicable.
- Submit purchase requisition and follow up with Finance on payment. Provide cost allocation for internal recharges.
- Maintain and ensure employee data are up to date in HRIS (Workday)
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Your Background
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in payroll operations or related area
- Proficiency in Workday an added advantage
- Proactive, meticulous and able to cope in a fast-paced environment
- Team player as well as ability to work independently
- Able to interact well with all levels and result-driven
