Job responsibilities
1) Providing exceptional customer service experience when handling walk-in enquiries
2) Serving customers by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately to the
Tour Officers/Executives
3) Ensuring brochure racks are tidy and well- stacked with brochures
4) Assisting Counter Manager in any logistic arrangement
Requirements
1) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
2) Empathetic, patient and possesses a positive attitude
3) Customer-oriented and enthusiastic with a strong passion in serving customers
4) Bilingual in English and Mandarin
5) Pleasant personality and good working attitude
6) Able to work on weekends including Sundays and Public Holidays
7) GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or Diploma or similar qualifications from WSQ
