We are seeking for talented professional, to enhance Singapore IBGO capability to enable the vision of future ready smart operations.
About this role:
The Operations Planning and Project Management function of Singapore Institutional Banking Group Operations (IBGO) is responsible for strategic planning, headcount & Financials management and people engagement strategy. In addition, the function strives to drive and execute SG country level digital and strategic initiatives, change management operationalization, new target end-to-end Ops & Servicing model, operations productivity and data instrumentation implementation, customer and employee journeys, demand management, and future ready workforce planning. The team partners closely with all IBGO Regional Project, Products and IBG COO to design fit-for purpose ops user requirements and to scale towards SG IBGO Vision of Digital Smart Ops.
We are looking to expand our team and hire a Project Manager to drive operational transformation, and working with partners like Regional functions, GTS and BU in implementation of “fit-for-purpose” design & systems. In so doing, we inspire to maximise the outcome of digitalization initiatives in Operations efficiency & deliver more delighting-our-customers moments.
Job Duties & responsibilities:
- Understand Operations process/ journey and translate areas of opportunity into user requirements and digital initiatives
- Manage digital initiatives (include DDOM HO, digitalization, process improvement, customer/ employee journey, data & analytics related) and be accountable for their delivery, operationalization and benefit realizations
- Drive the end-to-end design and solution and ensure “fit-for-purpose” & value delivery to Operations
- Partner with GTS and BU to drive commercialization of digital initiatives, and increase digital adoption
- Determine end-state target operating model and work with other functions in SG IBGO in preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, and delivering training
- Ensure project adheres to the desired engagement model, & governance
- Monitor and follow up on post-production issue to achieve planned benefits.
- Get insights from data, dashboards and drive action plan & further improvement opportunities
Required Experience:
- Degree holder with minimum 7-8 years of relevant project management, and relevant work experience in driving digital transformation to achieve excellent business results
- Minimum 2-3 years of banking operations background in corporate products like Cash Management, Securities Fiduciary services, Open Account Trade, Loans
- Strong management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills & strategic thinking
- Ability to navigate in a complex environment and achieve outcome
- Passion to help business with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Consulting background in banking / financial services is a bonus
