Job Description:
- Monitoring and ensure on time renewal of company vehicle road tax, season parking, licences including heavy equipment and machinery
- Update and assist with government license applications (i.e BCA/Bizsafe, ISO..etc) and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensure high work accuracy is delivered in all applications to the government bodies
- Provide administration support for relevant departments within the organization
- Liaise effectively and work closely with relevant departments including project team on the required documents to ensure all documents are furnished for submission
- Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality
- Establish and implement an efficient maintenance-related documents, database and hard copy filing system
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and office equipment/assets including ordering office stationaries and pantry items
- Receive, sort, and distribute the incoming letters to respective departments
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when required
Job requirements:
- Outgoing with good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills for engaging with both internal and external parties to support work-related activities
- Good personality, meticulous, able to work independently, eye for detail and organized
- Must be adaptable and open to learning
- Minimum 2 year relevant experience (ISO/bizSAFE certificate renewal) and experienced in Construction sector
- Diploma in Business/Office Admin or equivalent
