Job Description
- Manage Halal/ISO certification processes and ensure company compliance with standards
- Maintain accurate Halal/ISO records and documentation
- Ensure all kitchen processes and ingredients meet Halal/ISO Standards.
- Verify Halal status of ingredients from suppliers
- Manage supplier invoices
- Attend to Halal/ISO related enquiries
- Assist with customer service duties, if needed.
- Assist with admin duties (Label printing/issuing invoices etc.)
- Help out with production line, if needed.
Requirement
- Pior experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Positive working attitude & willing to learn.
- Comfortable in Central Kitchen working environment
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Basic computer skill (MS Office)
- Knowledge of Halal/ISO standards and regulations or HCAcertify will be an advantage
