Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run sales cycle end to end encompassing pipeline generation, deal construct, contracting and stakeholder management.
- Expand current client business and other client base.
- Involve actively in sales and account planning. business growth, market penetration and profitability.
- Adept in selling various solutions and services including ERP, CRM, Digital and cloud.
- Plan and execute solution led sales in integrated services space, not limited to but including application Maintenance, Application Development, infrastructure services etc. and achieve aggressive sales target set by management.
- Engage with internal Project Managers/Delivery Heads/project teams to gather and oversee project execution and engage right stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Assist business users with feasibility studies / research / proof-of-concepts and conceptualize business solutions with the use of appropriate technology.
- Grow relationship with clients and stakeholders.
- Connect with partners for unique collaboration in bids.
Essential Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in computing and/or business management.
- At least 5 - 8 years with proven track record in IT Digital - Applications Sales experience.
- Excellent understanding of digital applications technology within FSI sectors such as Cloud, ERP, CRM solutions.
- Primarily covers Singapore scope.
- Experience in solutions/services selling to banks and financial institutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Self-motivated, high work ethics, leadership qualities, critical thinker, Strategic planner.
- Should be Innovation centric and capable of motivating others.
