- Convert inquiries to actual room bookings.
- Upsell rooms efficiently and timely.
- Update booking systems and maintain records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service/front desk working experience.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Keen interest in hospitality industry.
