Experience
● Retail Boutique/Bridal Industry: ≤ 2 years
Qualifications
● GCE ‘O’ Level and Diploma in any disciplines
Responsibilities
● Full responsible of the bridal boutique’s operation by appointments
● Assist marketing strategies, handling of social media
● Attending to couple enquiries and assist in gown fitting
● Proactively introduce gowns, accessories, photography and video packages
● Assist to organize marketing campaigns, related workshops and fashion runway shows
● Manage appointed supplier of gown & accessories, monitoring production of gowns
● Maintain gown & accessories Inventory records
● Manage Sales enquires, issuing Sales Tax Invoice to clients, monitor CGS/Pricing for gowns and create packages
● Liaise with tailor for gown alteration schedules
● Coordinate with stylists, models, influences and celebrities for Marketing projects
● Prepare monthly, yearly sales report and presentation materials
● Coordinate with team of wedding planners
Requirements
● Proficient with MS Office application
● Good Organization Skill, Independently & Meticulous
● Committed to deliver high-end level of customer service
● Excellent Communication Skills in English
● Willing to work on weekends & PH
● Singaporean/PR are welcomed
