Role and Responsibilities
- Support technical deployment activities to ensure appropriate technology assets and applications are deployed.
- Supports projects with evaluation, planning, testing and deployment.
- Perform 1st and 2nd level technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and application.
- Configure, monitor and maintain, PCs, Servers (VMs) and Network Devices (Routers, APs).
- Develop and maintain all system related documentation.
- Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders regarding operational issues for continuous improvements.
- Maintains awareness of the latest technology that supports business strategies.
- Ensure the company’s IT policies and procedures are adhered to.

- Must be highly motivated, a team player and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Part time students currently pursuing a Diploma in Infocomm & Security or any other IT-related discipline are welcome to apply
- Candidates that have no IT background but with good understanding of IT are welcome for assessment for the junior position
- 1 year contract, 5 days work week
- Able to start immediately
