Job Responsibilities:
· Perform data entry and filing
· Perform administrative and office support activities
· Perform other Administrative/ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
. Cold call to accquire new customers
. Follow up on existing projects and servicing of existing customers
. Coordination work of site projects
· Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries

- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable

- Able to use Microsoft systems (EG: EXCEL,WORD)
