Job Description & Requirements
- To develop, evaluate, improve and maintain efficient secondary process workflow
- Ascertain the root cause of the issue, implement the solution and follow through on progress
- Analyze manufacturing process to identify area of improvement for quality, productivity and efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation including work instructions and process specifications (parameters, cycle time etc.)
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel
- Liaise with customers and vendors on product specifications and requirements
- Carry out continuous improvement programs, achieving productivity improvement and cost reduction for the company
- Plan and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition
- Lead production team to achieve production efficiency so as to fulfill customer requirements and achieve maximum satisfacton.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Others), or equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
