You will be involved with
- Performing daily applications & system health checks
- Managing and supporting company's IT infrastructure (Network, System, Storage, IP Telephony System & etc)
- Providing end user device support for internal staff
- Preparing and maintaining proper documentations on IT assets, network diagrams and system configurations
- After hours and weekend support is required with off-in-lieu given accordingly
- Participating in ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT
- Above 3 years working experience
- Information and Communications Technology industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge on Windows operating systems (e.g. Windows Server 2012/2016) required
- Knowledge on Linux ( Redhat/Centos ), Cisco IOS or FortiOS preferred
- Knowledge in financial industry will be an added advantage
