Job Descriptions
-Welcome and acknowledge all customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
-Present menu to customers
-Check customers for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with Singapore and company laws and regulations.
-Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages
-Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
-Respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed
-Keeping work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized
-Carrying out tasks that follows high level of hygiene policies and standards.
-Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors or manager.
Requirement
- With Food Hygiene Certificate or related preferred
- Willing to work at multiple locations, as rostered
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Meals provided
- Flexible working hour
