Job Description
• Industry/ Organization Type: Trading of quartz products to semicon industry.
• Working Location: TradeHub 21
• Working Hours: 5 days’ week (Mon - Fri, 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM) & No overtime is required.
• Salary Package: Basic range from $2,300 - $2,500 (based on work experience)
• Duration: Permanent Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist and package goods according to required standards set out by the Company
- Loading & unloading of goods in a safe and secure manner
- To perform picking, receiving, sorting, packing, inspection, re-palletizing duties etc. required at warehouse
- Process purchase orders, sales orders & delivery orders
- Update records and maintain proper filing system
- To label and ensure labels are correctly affixed
- To ensure workplace health, hygiene and safety requirements are met
- To ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely packing and despatch of goods
- To assist in the arrangement of goods within the warehouse
- To be involved in the purchasing and hiring of equipment at the best price and quality
- To report immediately to your immediate superior any problem encountered in the day-to-day operations
- To assist in other warehousing and/or logistic activities when necessary
- To conduct stock count
Requirements
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Office environment
• Able to understand and communicate in basic English
• Able to handle heavy cargo
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of experience
· Forklift licence is preferred.
