Responsibilities:
- Perform physical and administrative tasks associated with general warehouse activities including receiving, labeling, weighing, put-away, retrieval, reconciliation, packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading of materials.
- Verify materials against documents and systems and escalate discrepancies to superiors.
- Ensure proper documentation of warehousing documents and ensure checklists and records are up to date.
- Perform periodic cycle counting and annual stock-take activities.
- Support production with ad hoc material requests.
- Segregate expired materials and coordinate scrap/waste disposal requests.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on operations-related matters.
- Practice good workplace safety and housekeeping, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements.
- Comply with company rules and regulations, and ISO requirements.
- To maintain pest-free warehouse and workplace cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum GCE"N" Level.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse experience.
- Relevant experience in SAP, ASRS will be an added advantage.
- Experience in operating reach truck or possess a forklift license.
- Demonstrated ability to make value-added contributions in cross-functional teams.
